Discuss to Minimize stop codes.
Discuss to Minimize trims.
Digitizers apply density, push pulls or compensations, underlays as per Fabric details provided by customer.
All text is Manually digitized and no auto text is used anywhere in the design.
Smaller text design is created minimum 4mm height for better clarity and keeping production in mind to avoid thread breakages.
We have strict norms and charts are created with respect to base material for followings.
Satin stich density. Fill stitch density. Push pull, compensation. Underlays.All digitizers have to follow the charts for all designs so that uniform parameters used.
After completing design QC reviews the path and after approved passes on further for sew outs.
The embroidered sample is reviewed by QC and if approved posts the final outline files, DST file and sew out image for client.
Vector conversions.
Name drop designs are assigned to special teams with sound knowledge of Verbiage and colors used for each teams (COLLEGE, NHL, NBA)
Raster image to vector file is assigned and reviewed by qc for minor details if missed.
And final designs posted for clients.
